Linda Ragland is an accomplished real estate executive and top-producing agent who serves as the Sales Manager of the Residential Division at Womack Development & Investment Realtors.  With a multifaceted career spanning banking, media, entertainment, and real estate, Linda leverages decades of diverse business acumen to drive exceptional results for her clients and team.

Linda’s professional trajectory began in the banking sector as an IRA/Keogh specialist before she transitioned into a highly successful 30-year career in media and broadcast advertising sales. She held key executive sales positions at premier organizations like the E.W. Scripps Company, Summit Communications, iHeartMedia, Inc., and Radio One Inc.  Demonstrating her career versatility, she also spent three years in the entertainment industry as the General Manager of Music World Entertainment, managing business operations during the global breakout launch of Destiny’s Child alongside music mogul Mathew Knowles, managing the careers of Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, Latoya Luckett, and other top-tier icons.

Since entering real estate in 2018, Linda has established herself as a trusted market leader. Committed to professional excellence, she holds elite industry credentials including Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS), and New Home Construction (NHC) designations and is a member of the Luxury Home Council.

A dedicated community advocate, Linda is highly engaged in Houston area community outreach. Her impact has been recognized with a U.S. House of Representatives Certificate of Congressional Recognition, two City of Houston Certificates of Recognition, and awards from Houston Money Week, and the 100 Black Men of America Houston Metropolitan Chapter.

Educated at Tennessee State University, followed by continuing education at the American Institute of Banking, Champions School of Real Estate and other corporate training institutions.  While attending Tennessee State University, Linda's extracurricular involvements included participation in the Tennessee Intercollegiate State Legislature.
